Kean T Oh, MD

Kean Oh is currently a partner in private practice with Associated Retinal Consultants, PC in Michigan, staffing the northern offices of Traverse City, Petoskey and Gaylord. Since 2008, he has served on multiple hospital committees for Munson Medical Center in Traverse City. He is also on the clinical faculty of Michigan State University medical school and proctors students in their ophthalmology elective.

He still harbors an interest in inherited retinal degenerations and participates regularly with the community vision impairment support group. He is currently participating in clinical trials involving diabetic retinopathy, dry age related macular degeneration and exudative macular degeneration.

His personal interests focus upon his three children with their interests ranging from ceramic sculpture & fine arts, writing and basketball. He is also an avid fly fisherman and is fortunate to be located close to trout streams in Northern Michigan, though he also makes the effort to “chase the same trout that are in his backyard across the world” according to his wife.
