Jeremiah Brown Jr., MD, MS

Dr. Jeremiah Brown is a graduate of Harvard University and the University of California, San Francisco medical school. He completed a Masters Degree in Health Sciences at the University of California, Berkeley. Dr. Brown completed residency and retina fellowship at the University of Iowa. He served as director of ophthalmology research at the US Army's Laser Research Laboratory, a division of the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research.

Research interests include age related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy and the genetics of retinal diseases. Dr. Brown served on the FDA's Ophthalmic Devices Committee and continues to serve on OMIC's claims and finance committees.
